What is 1A Traveller?
1A Traveller is a digital travel journal for recording your journeys, experiences and memories. Capture the places you visit, the things you do, how you feel and the moments you want to remember.
Is 1A Traveller a travel website?
1A Traveller is a travel journal and digital travel diary designed around recording your journeys and experiences. You can record a holiday, a weekend away or simply a day in your life. We are not a travel booking company or travel agency.
What can I record on 1A Traveller?
You can record where you went, what happened, what you did, how you felt and the moments you want to remember. Add photos, notes and other details to create a personal record of your travel experiences and memories.
Getting Started
How do I use 1A Traveller?
We recommend setting up an account so you can save your records. Next, start a journey or record an individual day. Add your experiences as you travel, or return later to capture what you remember while your memories are still fresh.
Do I have to journal every day?
No. Your travel journal is yours to personalise. Add as many pages for each day as you choose, or simply record the days and experiences you want to remember.
What if I don't know what to write?
1A Traveller provides travel journal prompts to help you reflect on your experiences and remember details you might otherwise forget.
Recording a Journey
Can I use 1A Traveller while travelling?
Yes. Use 1A Traveller as a travel journal while you're travelling, recording your journey as it happens, or add to it afterwards while your memories are still fresh.
Can I record a trip after I have returned home?
Yes. You don't have to create your travel journal as you go. You can return after your trip and record your experiences, memories and highlights, and you can record past trips.
Can I record my travel expenses?
Yes. You can record travel expenses alongside your journey, helping you keep track of what you spent on flights, accommodation, food, transport, activities and other holiday expenses. Expenses can be tallied daily or after your trip is over. You could even use two expense pages to separate personal and business expenses.
Can I record frequent flyer points used for a flight?
Yes. Some travellers use frequent flyer points or travel rewards points to book flights instead of paying the full fare in cash. 1A Traveller's Expenses template includes a Points feature that lets you record how many points you used for your flight.
Sharing
Can I share my travel journal or journey?
Yes. 1A Traveller lets you choose who you share your recorded journeys and experiences with. You can invite companions to connect to your account and choose whether to share specific journeys, all journeys or none. Your journeys are private by default.
Privacy
Who can see what I record?
Your travel journal is personal to you. You decide what you want to share and who you share it with.
Can I keep my travel journal private?
Yes. You can use 1A Traveller as a private travel journal and personal record of your journeys, experiences and memories. You decide what you want to share and who you share it with.
